the LUVbomb
The youth in our congregation are challenged to live out their faith with “the LUVbomb”. Sound intriguing? Imagine a big empty peanut jar full of pieces of paper. On each piece of paper is a challenge. Each youth draws a paper from the jar and on it is their challenge for the month.
Some possibilities:
- sleep on the floor for 3 nights
- randomly give away $10 of your own in loonies
- sell something that you own and give the money to someone who needs it more than you do
- make 5 colourful posters with inspirational quotes and place them all over the city
