Rev. Dr. Ross Lockhart firstname.lastname@example.org
Rev. Dr. Ross Lockhart was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba. During Ross’ late teen years he felt God’s call into church leadership and practiced youth ministry in both Winnipeg and Toronto. After completing a Master of Divinity at Emmanuel College at the University of Toronto (that included ministry experience in Nova Scotia and Kenya), Ross was ordained and settled to Northern Ontario. While in the north Ross and Laura welcomed Emily into the world and learned what it means to parent on very little sleep. St. Matthew’s United Church in Belleville was the next stop with a rich and rewarding ministry in eastern Ontario. While at St. Matthew’s, the Lockhart’s family grew to include Jack and Ross completed his Doctorate in Preaching at McCormick Theological Seminary on the campus of the University of Chicago. Following a fantastic ministry sabbatical with the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, Ross and Laura moved to British Columbia in 2009 to begin their new ministry together at West Vancouver United Church. In early 2013, they celebrated the birth of their third child, Sadie. Ross is the author of Gen X, Y Faith and co-editor of Three Ways of Grace a collection of essays on the Trinity. Outside of the church, Ross delights in his role as a husband and father as well as being an avid reader, dedicated jogger and lousy golfer. Ross looks forward to meeting you and your loved ones this Sunday at 10 am.

Children’s Programs – Dylon Nofziger email@example.com
Dylon Nofziger began as Godly Play leader in August 2010. Having completed an undergraduate degree in theology and recreation as well as a Master of Divinity degree, Dylon moved to Vancouver in 2007.
Growing up in rural Alberta with no electricity or running water, he was without our societies ‘props’ that are easily leaned on for entertainment. While many children have television and sports teams, he had a dog and a forest. And so play became a central part of his story as well as his understanding of God.
He loves stories, and the ability that stories have to uncover deeper and simpler realities about our world and about this God who offers us his love–asking only that we come as little children to receive this love. He enjoys working with the Godly Play curriculum as a means to facilitate the spiritual journeys of young theologians and story tellers.
Dylon looks forward to meeting you this coming Sunday as we welcome children aged 4 and up into our Godly Play classroom.
